The Pacific Seeds Foundation Farm is an innovation hub, established to facilitate the testing and proving of new technologies prior to their implementation on farms.

About the Farm
Foundation Farm is an exciting new innovation hub established by Pacific Seeds. It is used in the development of everyday agronomic solutions, in addition to being a practical and highly valuable educational resource for young farmers and agronomists.
Centrally located at Allora in Southern Queensland, the property is ideally positioned with access to a number of nearby airports including Toowomba, Brisbane and Warwick.
- 32.4 ha / 80 acres
- Provides opportunities for dryland and irrigated cropping systems
- Two fully equipped bores
- Uniform deep black clay loam
- Primary crops are grain sorghum, field corn and forage sorghum
Field Days and Tours
Foundation Farm provides the opportunity for field days and tours of trials. These events are an important avenue to provide industry updates on research findings, new technology, and planting methods. Foundation Farm partners are able to host their own tours of the trials and technology displays at the Farm.
In the past, Foundation Farm has facilitated a series of summer field days attracting more than 200 delegates from across a variety of sectors including growers, agronomists, agribusiness, education and technology.
